Board-level design
Core board, interface, power and reliability design. This is why a changed connector or an extra CAN channel is a design revision rather than a new supplier.

Final assembly & enclosure
80,000 m² of automated plant. Dual-shot injection-moulded front bezel, aluminium rear housing, sealed to IP65 with IP67 available.

Cleanroom panel bonding
Class-1000 cleanroom with automated optical bonding, which is what makes a 1000 cd/m² display readable in direct sunlight and keeps condensation out of the stack.

System & driver software
Linux system integration, CAN and display drivers, and the EmbedBuilder toolchain that configures the application.

Control logic & protocols
Hydraulic actuator control, motion interlocks, CAN / J1939 / CANopen and network communication.

Commissioning support
Machine-level integration, fault-finding on site and continued updates. The team that wrote the driver is the team that answers the phone.
About the standards on our reports
Our test documentation is written against Chinese GB/T standards. Every one of them is a national adoption of an IEC or ISO parent standard — the test methods are the same, and the reports can be converted to an IEC/ISO reference without repeating the test.
The table below lists the parent standard for each. If your audit needs a specific one, ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we hold it or whether it must be re-run.
We have not yet re-issued these as IEC/ISO reports. Until we do, treat the GB/T originals as evidence of testing, not as a certificate for your market.

Every unit passes a functional test before packing. The environmental and EMC qualifications below are type tests, carried out on representative samples.
What ships with a production batch
Available on request for any order. We would rather send these proactively than be asked for them during an audit.
