What this website collects

We have deliberately built this site to collect as little as possible.

This site sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for preferences. There is therefore no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

Analytics are first-party and cookieless. We record page views and a small number of interaction events (for example “datasheet request opened”) to our own server so we can tell which pages are useful. These records:

• contain no IP address — we discard it before storage
• contain no device fingerprint and no cross-site identifier
• cannot be used to identify you, and are not shared with any third party
• are kept for 90 days in raw form, after which only aggregate counts remain

Information you type into a form. If you request a datasheet, ask for a quotation or book a technical session, we receive what you enter: name, company, business email address, country and, where relevant, the machine type, the buses you use and whether you need ISOBUS.

Why we may use it

We process form submissions to answer your enquiry and to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and otherwise on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for automated decision-making and we do not sell it.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers:

• Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery and security. Cloudflare is certified under the EU Cloud Code of Conduct.
• Our CRM and email provider — to store your enquiry and send you the document you asked for.

Because we are established in China, your enquiry may be accessed by our staff there. We transfer it under appropriate safeguards and only for the purpose you contacted us about.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for up to three years after our last contact, so that we can pick up a conversation you may return to. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy; and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to privacy@dreamsource.io.

If you are in the EU you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

When this policy changes materially we will update the review date shown on this page.
