Scope

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern the sale of products, which is subject to our separate terms and conditions of sale agreed with each customer.

Technical information on this site

Specifications, drawings, dimensions and standards references are published to help you evaluate whether a product suits your application. They are provided for information.

Two things to keep in mind:

1. Where a specification is marked as a regional variant and shown as available on request, we have not published a figure because it varies by market and is confirmed per order. We do not publish unverified figures.
2. Entries marked Planned describe work on our roadmap. They are not available today and must not be designed into a machine on the assumption that they are.

Before designing a product into a machine, confirm the current specification and certification status with us in writing.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including our drawings, product photographs and documentation, belongs to us or our licensors. You may download and use datasheets for the purpose of evaluating and using our products. You may not republish them as your own.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual duty, and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for the content of external sites we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
